Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive internal strategic IT and AI-readiness projects, making an impact across AI, Enterprise Architecture and Process Excellence initiatives. “This is an exceptional opportunity to lead strategic cross-functional projects that truly shape the future of Stibo Systems, while helping us establish a more structured PMO approach for our AI initiatives,” says Thomas Møgelmose, CFO. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will lead IT-enabled transformation projects that advance our enterprise architecture capabilities towards an AI-ready future. You’ll manage complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions and organizational change management. You will operate at the intersection of business requirements, process optimization, change management and technological enablement.
