\*\*Who we are\*\*

Evercam is a remote-first construction tech company (\~130 people, 25 countries). Our cameras run on some of the world's largest construction projects, in over 30 countries. We build our hardware integrations and software in-house.

\*\*What you'll build\*\*

An AI system that observes construction sites through live video, decides what needs attention, investigates across cameras and project information, and learns from feedback. The goal is fewer accidents in one of the most dangerous industries in the world.

This isn't a pure computer vision role, and it isn't a pure product role. It's both. You'll choose the models, agent framework and memory design, and turn them into a reliable production system.

Video infrastructure and AI infrastructure are already in place, and you'll have experienced engineers across hardware, firmware, frontend and backend to support you.
