Senior Go Engineer

Design, develop, and maintain production Go services, high-performance CLI applications, and Linux-based backend components. Build, test, and operate custom resources (CRDs) and Kubernetes reconcilers using controller-runtime. Develop and maintain integrations within the Terraform provider ecosystem, writing custom provider logic and resource lifecycle management.

Maintain, refactor, and modernize legacy services, ensuring backward compatibility and operational stability. Implement robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across all Go codebases to ensure high fault tolerance and observability. Participate in design reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and write clean technical documentation.

Troubleshoot complex concurrency, memory, and performance issues in distributed containerized environments. Skills: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong hands-on expertise writing idiomatic, concurrent, and high-performance Go (Golang). Solid experience building Kubernetes operators, custom controllers, reconciler loops, and CRDs using controller-runtime.
