System Business Analyst (Finance Focus)

As a System Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in understanding business requirements, work with cross functional IT and business teams, and apply Coupa expertise/ industry knowledge to provide robust, configurable and scalable solutions.

Perform functional, technical and maintenance functions to include, but not be limited to the following: Own and maintain Coupa Procure to Pay , SIM, Core and CRA processes ( 80% functional, 20% technical) Manage key processes like Catalog management, Project and non project based procurement, Approval workflows, Accruals, Supplier collaboration through CSP, cXML, SAN Manage Coupa integrations with Oracle ERP, Vertex, Workday, Servicenow and other boundary applications Must be able to work with internal IT and lead external IT teams to adopt best practices to simplify user experience Ability to debug the system for issues and provide management summary in business speaks for the issues, root cause, next steps in business terms Should be able to work in fast pace, Agile environment and multiple projects simultaneously Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders in US and EMEA time zones.
