Business Analyst

The Business Analyst role focuses on analysing , redesigning, and enabling operational processes to support intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows, and straight-through processing, while ensuring strong governance, risk control, and human accountability.

uses generative AI to accelerate analysis and documentation, and builds wireframes and prototypes so stakeholders can test solutions before build begins. This is a hands-on analysis and change role operating at the intersection of Operations, Technology, and the AI Centre of Excellence (COE).
