7 years overall technical experience with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow SPM. Experience implementing the SPM module, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Document Management, App Engine, Dashboards, Platform Analytics, Playbooks, and workspaces. ServiceNow Certified: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
