Own products throughout the mass production lifecycle, including assembly processes, test documentation, and end-of-life (EOL) management. Develop and maintain manufacturing support systems for the production line, including: Creating and maintaining BOMs and process routing in manufacturing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams on data integration and preparing and maintaining manufacturing documentation. Set up and maintain product labeling and packing processes.
Track and manage engineering change orders (ECOs/MCOs) to ensure timely implementation. Monitor and manage product manufacturing costs to support cost optimization initiatives. Understand product requirements and specifications to ensure manufacturing compliance.
Monitor and control manufacturing process stability, product quality, and process capability. Analyze manufacturing and yield data to identify root causes, resolve production issues, and improve process stability. Lead yield monitoring and continuous improvement activities to enhance manufacturing performance.
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure smooth product transfer into mass production. Manage failure analysis (FA), repair, and retest activities for customer RMA products. Coordinate engineering activities, technical issues, and engineering changes with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure successful product execution.
