Job Description - WebLogic Administrator / Middleware Engineer (Production Support) Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years / 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled WebLogic Administrator / Middleware Engineer with strong experience in production support, WebLogic administration, Linux, Apache, Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and incident management . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing enterprise application environments, troubleshooting critical production issues, deployments, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability of business-critical applications. WebLogic Administration Manage and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments. Configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot WebLogic domains, clusters, and managed servers. Implement and support session replication and failover mechanisms.

Perform WebLogic upgrades, patching, and security hardening. Analyze server logs, thread dumps, and heap dumps to identify issues and improve performance. Production Support Provide L2/L3 support for production applications.

Handle critical incidents, P1/P2 escalations, and RCA preparation. Participate in on-call support and major incident management. Monitor application health and infrastructure stability.
