Blair Health is a clinical infrastructure company closing the specialist gap. Today, someone with perimenopause, menopause, pelvic health, urology or weight concerns can see three primary care providers and a specialist and still leave without an answer. Blair changes that.

Our protocol-driven model gives generalist clinicians the tools, protocols and clinical support to deliver specialist-grade care across menopause, urology and pelvic health, nutrition and weight management. We serve patients and employers across Canada and are expanding across the United States. To date, our focus has been women's health.

We believe all people should have access to specialist-level care, and we are opening our care to men, starting with weight management. The Role We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build the products our patients, clinicians and employer clients use every day. You will own features end to end, from patient intake and scheduling to clinical decision support and employer reporting, on a small team where your work ships fast and matters.
