Job Title Senior UX Research Specialist As a Senior UX Research Specialist , you will be responsible for setting up, running, and reporting on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative user experience research. You will also design, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure while ensuring performance, reliability, and security. What You’ll Do In This Role Plan UX Research Analyze and refine product/project stakeholders’ UX-related requests and needs.

Set up research objectives (with PM) and help PM define the project approach and user experience strategy. Define the UX research scope and applicable methods. Involve the project/product team (PM, UX Designers, DEV) by organizing UX Research kick-off and follow-up meetings.

Identify the target users to define the participants to involve in the research. Lead the recruitment process. Define the number of participants to involve.

Contact users or outsource the recruitment. Ensure participants' profiles are relevant to the research. Schedule the sessions.

Communicate and check participants' agreements with the legal aspects of the research (NDA, audio
