This role involves working with Meteor.js (yes, it’s still alive!), understanding our existing stack, and optimizing/refactoring as we scale. # 🛠️ What You’ll Do * Dive into and extend a legacy Meteor-based app * Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to speed up coding * Identify tech debt, document architecture, and improve stability * Build internal dev tools with AI APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) * Ship fast — and prioritize what matters # ✅ What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of full stack experience (JS, Node, Mongo, HTML/CSS) * Used or willing to learn Meteor quickly * Daily user of GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT for dev workflows * Able to work autonomously and handle ambiguity * Good written English for async documentation and hand-offs **Bonus:** * Familiarity with Cypress or Playwright * Interest in AI tooling, APIs, or automation workflows # 🚀 Why Work with Us * We’re fully remote and async-first * Your voice matters — no bureaucracy, direct impact * We build useful tech, not just shiny demos * You’ll be part of shaping our dev culture
