What you'll be doing Work with teams to understand their customer journeys and current state of data Partner with the PM and product leadership to define the goals and KPIs they’ll want to achieve with the power of the new data platform Map the new data requirements and events, inc the journey steps they belong to, their triggers, the outcome, etc. Create data models that then derive the conclusions we will need in relation to the KPIs previously set Conducting funnel and drop-off analysis to identify friction points in the customer journey and areas for optimisation Advise on how to use data to optimise conversion rates, user engagement, and customer satisfaction across the platform in relation to the team you’re working with Translating data into clear, actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, design decisions, and feature prioritisation Building dashboards, reports, and visualisations to communicate trends and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAct as a thought partner to Product leadership, proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive commercial outcomes. , Tableau, Power BI) to build scalable analytics solutions.
