Hi folks — I'm supporting the hiring efforts for a small, mission-driven tech company that's helping nonprofits raise more money, faster. They’re looking for a **Senior Fullstack Engineer/Architect** to join their fully remote team and partner directly with the CTO on both core product features and architectural projects. # 🧠 About the Role: * Node.js, AWS, React, GraphQL * 70–80% feature development, plus some architectural lift + light mentorship * Small company (\~20 people) shipping every 3 weeks * U.S.-based candidates only (EST preferred) # 💡 Why it’s unique: * Real impact: every line of code you ship helps nonprofits do more good * High trust, no egos, and zero overengineering * Clear ownership, fast feedback loops, and close collaboration with leadership Compensation is \~$140K with equity included.
