About the Role At Nubank, we are entering a new chapter for our Investments business. We are moving away from traditional, siloed financial systems toward a global, scalable platform architecture that empowers millions of customers to grow their wealth. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a cornerstone of this transformation, ensuring our engineering culture and technical strategy can support the next decade of growth. You will join the Investments Platforms team, where we build the core engines for custody, offers, and orders. Your mission is to "dehydrate" legacy systems by designing extensible, agnostic solutions that handle everything from fixed income to equities. This isn't just about writing code; it's about leading a cultural and technical revival, influencing your peers to adopt the best architectural practices while keeping the "plane flying" as we migrate critical flows.
