GAQ227R131 We're looking for a self-driven Senior Business Analyst to join Databricks' OTR Systems Transformation team. You'll take end-to-end ownership of quality, documentation, and operational health across our Order-to-Revenue (OTR) tech stack — operating with limited direction and building structure from ambiguity from day one. You'll be a partner across Deals Desk, Revenue Assurance, RevOps, Billing, Revenue, FP&A, and Finance leadership — influencing decisions through data-backed analysis and driving cross-functional alignment within the OTR domain. Databricks is a data-driven company. Every recommendation should be grounded in data, not intuition. We actively embrace AI-assisted ways of working and expect this person to be curious, proactive, and always anticipating the next step. The impact you will have: Own end-to-end UAT lifecycle: planning, test design, execution, defect management, RCA, and audit-ready signoffs Coordinate parallel test streams across Business, IT, and Engineering with clear accountability and outcomes Translate BRDs/BIDs into user stories and test scenarios; maintain SOX-compliant documentation and traceability Lead retrospectives and drive continuous improvement actions <li data-section-id="ek6om
