P-1489 Platform & Product Experiences | Shape How Databricks Executes at Scale At Databricks, Staff TPMs don’t just run programs — they define how the company executes at scale. This role sits at the center of our highest-priority platform and product investments, partnering across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to bring foundational capabilities to market globally. You will lead complex, high-visibility programs where the path isn’t fully defined, align senior stakeholders, and build the operating models that scale execution across the company.
