Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: In Community Policy, our mission is to create and evolve principled policies that establish the rules of the road for guests and hosts across Airbnb. This involves solving some of the most complex Trust & Safety challenges of our time. Our work is informed by rigorous research and stakeholder collaboration, and we design policies that can support our community at scale. We team with our cross-functional partners to create accessible policy enforcement guides and to continuously maintain and improve our policies. The Difference You Will Make: As a Senior Manager, Product & AI Policy, you will partner closely with our product and business teams to support Airbnb's strategic objectives. You will serve as a key player in identifying policy vulnerabilities and designing global policies that facilitate a high quality experience across Airbnb. A critical part of this role is enabling our business and product teams to move quickly and confidently, with policy frameworks that support innovation. You will develop policies for AI-powered product initiatives, informing guardrails that protect the community.
