The Figma Research team is hiring a top-tier researcher to support our core product, Figma Design, and actively develop and execute research to drive scale, tap new opportunities, and ensure Figma continues pushing innovation in design and production tooling. Because Figma Design is used by so many of the top tier software companies around the world, you will be uniquely positioned to advance the state of how product development works across the entire industry. The ideal candidate brings a deep passion for research and strategy, raising the bar with AI led experiences, and laddering key user needs to critical product decisions and broader business impact. Partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering, you will tackle our highest impact problems, influencing company strategy for both the short and long term. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
