About the team + role: The Chief Compliance Officer of Robinhood Money will manage and grow a scalable compliance program that supports our expanding suite of banking and credit card products. You will lead the development and execution of compliance strategies across our deposit, credit card, and related money services, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements at the state and federal level. In this role, you’ll serve as a key partner to product, engineering, legal, and operations teams, and act as a primary point of contact with regulators. You will be responsible for designing and implementing policies, controls, and processes to ensure our compliance program is effective, forward-looking, and technology-enabled. You’ll also oversee AML and risk assessments, and support Robinhood Money’s operational scale through continuous compliance improvements. This role is based in our Washington, DC; New York, NY; or Menlo Park, CA offices, with in-person attendance expected 5 days per week.
