About the role Chime serves millions of members on a mission to help them unlock financial progress. The Late Stage Experience team focuses on members who are already part of Chime. People who've chosen us, use us regularly, and have built trust with us over time. Our job is to help them get more out of Chime, and to deepen the relationship in ways that benefit both the member and the business. It's a different kind of growth problem. Most growth work is about acquiring or activating new users. This team works further down the journey, where the dynamics are subtler, the signals are richer, and the playbook is still being written. You'll lead a team of engineers shaping how that work gets done. Why this role A meaningful problem.
