MongoDB is growing and gaining adoption rapidly across the globe with the most demanding and innovative companies and development teams in enterprise software. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Finance Leader to join our team in India. This newly created position will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team to deliver world-class services expected from a Centre of Excellence operation. You will also work closely with the broader FinOps India leadership team to drive culture and connectedness and be an active member of the global finance leadership team. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model. Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing team of cross functional professionals to deliver world-class services to internal customers Provide oversight for all finance and accounting operations and ensure timely delivery of services including relevant metrics and SLAs Drive process improvements, standardization, globalization and operational efficiencies that is expected from a Centre of Excellence operation Work collaboratively with other leaders in MongoDB to ensure alignment to functional strategy and consistency in service of our center of excellence provides to teams globally Foster a culture of continuous improvement and a customer-centric mindset within the shared services team Identify and mitigate operational and internal control risks Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes and technologies Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal customers, senior leaders, and service providers Develop and monitor performance metrics to track progre
