MongoDB is looking for a Senior Developer Advocate to join our Developer Relations team in India. You'll be at the forefront of driving engagement, learning, and excitement within our developer community across India and APAC. As developers increasingly rely on MongoDB for their data needs, you'll play an essential role in building meaningful relationships, delivering impactful technical resources, and hosting hands-on workshops that unlock new possibilities for developers at startups, enterprises, and everything in between. This role can be remotely in the India region. About You We're seeking someone who thrives on building vibrant developer ecosystems. As a Senior Developer Advocate, you'll use your experience in technical enablement, community-building, and instructional content to engage developers and help them confidently adopt MongoDB technologies. You’re seasoned at connecting with developers through events, workshops, virtual training, or meetups, and take pride in fostering discovery and delivering value. With a genuine collaborative spirit, you work closely with colleagues across teams, always striving to elevate every member’s success in alignment with MongoDB’s value of Building Together.
