GLOBAL SUPPLY MANAGER, UTILITIES & INFRASTRUCTURE (STARLINK) The SpaceX supply chain department is a critical player in our operations. This role will be part of the Starlink supply chain team and will be based out of Bastrop, TX. This position is responsible for end-to-end management of global suppliers providing critical components and capital equipment for power generation hardware. You will drive sourcing strategies, supplier performance, mitigate risks, optimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery to support high-volume production ramps for the Starlink program. RESPONSIBILITIES: Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories (Energy, Gas, and Water) to reduce risk and meet internal demand Establish and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships Design strategic sourcing models to optimize the value of products and services, aligning with business unit requirements while delivering continuous cost reductions in controllable expenditures Present confidently to company executives and key decision makers on high-stakes negotiations Communicate, manage, and drive compliance for sourcing strategies Identify and execute cost reduction projects, including planning, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion, and project updates Perform advanced quantitative and business process analys
