IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, PROJECTS The IT Support Administrator - Projects is responsible for the planning, administration, and successful execution of key annual IT operations, with primary ownership of the hardware refresh program and summer intern onboarding. This role focuses on driving day-to-day project operations, managing cross-functional execution, delivering accurate reporting, and continuously improving processes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory. RESPONSIBILITIES: Hardware Refresh Program Administration: Own and administer the annual hardware refresh program for computers and iOS devices using SCCM, Intune, and Jamf. Perform refresh project data analysis and generate recommendations to determine what will be refreshed in the upcoming year. Write and maintain scripts to automate asset uploads and other manual processes to improve operational efficiency. Project Operations & Execution: Plan, manage, and track annual IT Support projects in Jira, including creating and maintaining Jira dashboards for real-time visibility.
