As the Business Operations Readiness Analyst, you will be a critical quality and readiness lead, bridging the gap between system development and operational deployment for a large-scale Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR implementation. You will be the final functional checkpoint for business operations, ensuring that all pre-go-live activities—including testing, training, and data conversion—meet the required standards for a successful launch. Your primary objective is to validate that the configured system and supporting materials are accurate, complete, and ready for end-user adoption. To excel in this position, you must have a strong background in business analysis, quality assurance, or a "super user" role within patient access or revenue cycle.
