Work location: Winchester, VA up to 50% on-site The work: Conduct stakeholder interviews, user/task analysis, personas, storyboards, scenarios, and experience goal setting. Lead UI/UX design activities including conceptual modeling, information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts, and high‑fidelity prototypes. Facilitate observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and iterative design sessions. Develop UI mockups, clickable prototypes, and proof‑of‑concept interfaces using Figma and prototyping tools.
