As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients in the field. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Linux system administration, server hardware, networking, database administration, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Additionally, you will need experience with supporting DoD accreditation and ATO processes to be successful in this role. Candidates who have exposure to tools such as monitoring systems, configuration management tools, and network troubleshooting tools will benefit greatly in this position. Experience with virtualization technologies, container based workloads and cloud platforms will also be advantageous. </p&g
