The Work: As the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits HR Lead, you are responsible for overall system configuration for the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits module. This role involves hands-on configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications. Candidate will collaborate closely with clients, analyze their business requirements, and design comprehensive solutions to meet the requirements.
