Job overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary focus will be on delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent components. Leveraging your expertise in ServiceNow, you will create seamless, user-friendly workflows and automated processes enhancing operational efficiency for our client. This role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices.
