Overview: Databricks is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance PMO, Strategy & Operations, FP&A, to directly support the SVP of FP&A and the FP&A organization more broadly. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving organization, transformation, innovation, and operational efficiency at scale, as well as managing key programs across global Finance teams within the CFO organization and with our cross-functional stakeholders. You will interface with leadership to ensure transparency and visibility into our programs and projects. ) and partners within the broader CFO org. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, People, Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, and Pricing. You will own project and program management, including OKR setting, process optimization, transformation roadmaps, and organizational management and communications on behalf of the FP&A team. Your focus will be on leveraging strategic thinking and operational rigor to reduce organizational friction, standardize practices, and drive technology and AI adoption to enable scalable automation and predictive insights. Your passion should be collaborating with FP&A and other cross-functional partners to drive programs for efficiency and transformative change across the Finance organization.
