What You'll Do As an Agile Project Manager (APM), you will drive the day-to-day execution rhythm for one or more delivery teams. You will ensure clarity, structure, and flow across all Agile ceremonies, maintain strong backlog hygiene, and support teams in delivering predictable, high-quality outcomes. This role is critical in operationalising DeepIntent’s delivery methodology at the team level. Where Senior PMs operate across product lines and strategic programs, the APM ensures execution excellence within each team—making sure the fundamentals are strong, the work is well-scoped, and the team is consistently unblocked. You will play a key role in our operating model, ensuring that Agile practices, Jira governance, and modern automation-first principles are applied effectively to maximise team throughput and quality. Execution & Delivery Leadership Own and facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies: refinement, planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure stories meet high-quality bars (acceptance criteria, categories, estimation readiness). Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure a steady pipeline of well-defined work.
