About the Role Anthropic is looking for a People Operations Lead to join our People Services team. We're a small team that keeps onboarding, offboarding, employee support, and the rest of the employee lifecycle running as the company grows. We're at the stage where the processes that got us here need to become the systems that take us further, and we're hiring a senior individual contributor to help drive this work. In this role, you will contribute to our vision, analyze our current state, and then get hands-on to build our future state. g. People Systems). Our work doesn’t exist in a silo, so you’ll work closely with other People teams and cross-functional partners like IT, Legal, Finance, and Security to improve workflows end-to-end.
