About the Role: The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite in our SF location (in person 5x a week) to effectively collaborate with our team and support our office's IT needs. We are expanding our IT team and are looking for a capable IT professional to help us keep up with our company's growth. This role is primarily focused on managing the daily IT needs of our in-office staff, ensuring that everyone has the technical support they need to work effectively. You'll be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues in the office, from troubleshooting hardware and software problems to supporting in-office events In addition to handling help desk duties, you'll also have the chance to work on various IT projects that affect both our local and global teams. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, is eager to tackle a wide range of IT tasks, and enjoys solving problems.
