We’re looking for a Product Designer 2 to join the Cloud Cost Management (CCM) team at Datadog, focused specifically on commitment programs. In this role, you’ll design user experiences that help customers understand, choose, and manage cloud commitments—unlocking significant cost savings in a highly technical and high-impact product area. You’ll partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape workflows that span discovery, optimization, and long-term management of commitments. This is a hands-on role with ownership over meaningful features, where you’ll help define information architecture, interaction models, and visual direction as the product evolves from an AWS-only experience to a true multi-cloud offering (AWS, Azure, and GCP). What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end design work for commitment programs, from early discovery and concept exploration through high-fidelity design and production. Own key workflows and features, helping evolve the product from an MVP into a differentiated, multi-cloud experience. Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (PMs, engineers, and fellow designers) to define problems, explore tradeoffs, and ship high-quality solutions quickly.
