As a Staff Engineer on the User Activation team, you will play a critical role in driving the technical vision, architecture, and execution for horizontal product experiences that accelerate customer adoption and growth. Sitting at the entry point for all Databricks customers, you will help guide a team of ~20 software engineers to create seamless onboarding flows, intuitive workspace experiences, and partner integrations that power Databricks expansion. The impact you'll have: Define and drive the strategy for customer onboarding, workspace experience, account management, and other horizontal product experiences. Partner closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions that drive product-led growth.
