Partnering with stakeholders in the Technical Services (post-sales support) team, Analytics team, and other teams around the business, this role will surface key insights to drive business decision making. This role requires someone with strong analytical and technical skills, operational experience driving efficiencies, ability to apply a data-first mindset to strategic initiatives, and who is comfortable working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Responsibilities Lead in-depth analyses of Technical Services’ business processes, pricing models, and deal structures, including the mechanics of complex transactions; develop strategic insights and solutions that support business scaling and profitability goals Collaborate closely with FP&A to integrate financial and budget considerations into headcount planning and resource allocation for Technical Services, aligning operational initiatives with broader fiscal objectives Facilitate and drive strategic alignment with executive stakeholders, incorporating FP&A insights and objectives Partner with cross-functional leadership to assess and influence corporate initiatives' impact on Technical Services; develop readiness plans and restructuring proposals to support sustainable business grow
