If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Figma's IT team is looking for an AV Manager to help set the gold standard of AV and events for the company. Applying your expertise, you'll propose and implement improvements to our current facilities. Working alongside different teams, you will ensure the smooth execution of events and office builds globally. This is a full time role that can be held from our San Francisco Hub. The role will need to be in the office 3 days a week. What you’ll do at Figma: Lead the global AV program, including defining standards, monitoring system health, and building dashboards to track performance Design, implement, and test AV solutions for conference rooms, training spaces, and event venues Provide onsite and remote AV support across hub and satellite offices, including occasional travel Partner with teams such as Executive, Communications, Workplace, and Engagement to deliver seamless AV experiences <li
