As a Field Operations Manager at Via, you will lead the day-to-day operations of two on-demand mobility services in the Dingolfing-Landau and Mühldorf districts. You’ll ensure passengers are reliably transported while driving continuous improvements and operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of rural mobility, work closely with drivers and local teams, and make a tangible impact on communities that rely on efficient, reliable public transport. What you’ll do: Be the heart of operations for our public transport services - “LanDi” in Dingolfing and the “Rufbus” in Mühldorf - serving as the primary point of contact and operational leader for our drivers. Take full ownership of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring passengers are reliably transported while closely monitoring key performance metrics and operational outcomes.
