We're a high-performance, globally distributed team redefining what it means to support innovation in the crypto and blockchain space. We're now hiring a **Support Engineer II** to join our growing team of problem-solvers, technical experts, and blockchain enthusiasts. # 🛠️ What You'll Be Doing As a **Support Engineer II**, you'll be the go-to person helping developers and clients troubleshoot issues, understand the QuickNode platform, and build confidently in the Web3 space. **Your Responsibilities Include:** * Responding to technical support tickets and resolving user issues promptly * Investigating bugs and escalating to engineering teams when needed * Writing clear documentation, FAQs, and support guides * Communicating with users across a variety of channels * Contributing to continuous improvements in internal tooling and customer experience * Collaborating with engineering to ensure feedback loops between users and product development are strong and clear # 🧰 What We're Looking For You should be someone who is technical, curious, and eager to help others. We’d love to see the following: * 💻 Experience in technical support, DevOps, or backend engineering * 🐍 Proficiency with scripting languages such as **Python**, **Ruby**, or **Go** * 💬 Strong written and verbal communication skills * 🧠 Analytical thinker with great problem-solving skills * ⚙️ Familiarity with APIs, blockchain nodes, and web infrastructure * 🇪🇸🇵🇹 Based in **Spain** or **Portugal** # 💸 Compensation & Benefits We believe in rewarding great talent with great perks: **Estimated Salary Range:** 💰 **€50,000 – €80,000 EUR/year** (based on similar roles in the region and industry) **Perks Include:** * Flexible work hours * Remote-first environment *
