We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge business goals and product delivery by transforming complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Stakeholders, Designers, Engineers, and QA teams in a collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment. This role is ideal for someone who: ✔ Thrives in product-focused tech teams ✔ Enjoys working with payment systems and transaction flows ✔ Wants to grow into a Product Manager role ✔ Values ownership, autonomy, and holacratic principles 🔹 What You’ll Do • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Payment Gateway solutions • Translate business needs into detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and QA throughout the delivery cycle • Create and maintain structured documentation in Jira & Confluence • Build and maintain internal and external knowledge bases • Improve BA processes and identify workflow efficiencies • Support backlog grooming and feature planning 🔹 What We’re Looking For • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, SaaS, or product companies • Strong understanding of payment processing, transaction flows, cards, and alternative payment methods • Experience working in agile cross-functional product teams • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Experience with BPMN/UML, Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma • Ability to work independently and take ownership • Strong interest in growing into a Product Manager role ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience with payment orchestration platforms • Background in fintech or payments infrastructure Please send CV to [handle]
