We’re looking for a Director of Product to help define how the world’s largest organizations adopt AI-powered enterprise workflows across design, product development, and software creation. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise product strategy, AI innovation, customer partnership, and go-to-market leadership. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and customers to shape the future of enterprise collaboration and product development. What you’ll do at Figma: Define and drive product strategy for AI enterprise-focused product areas, enabling the biggest companies in the world to support their teams through AI-powered business transformation This role owns admin experiences, file browser and search, permissions, and AI governance tooling Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities and define a long term vision for our Enterprise users.
