Salary: 5000-6500 (negotiable) remote (non Russia, non Belarus) ⚙️ Key responsibilities Implement and deliver high-quality features Partner with managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to drive product growth Lead a frontend team (core, grow, monetisation) and increase its productivity Fully own technical quality, architecture, performance, and make key technical decisions for product growth Debug and resolve technical issues   🔥 Key requirements (critical) Must-have experience ✅ 6+ years of frontend development experience ✅ Developing at least one product B2C for 3+ years ✅ Technical leadership for 2+ years ✅ People management (hire, onboard, personal development) ✅ Development processes implementation (code review, tech design review, testing culture, etc.) ✅ Product frontend infrastructure (shared libraries, Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, RTL, Playwright) ✅ Large technical migrations ✅ Implementing product experiments ✅ Technical debt management (planning, prioritising, taking action) Technical skills 🧠 Architecture – OOP/FP design patterns, React/Redux, SOLID/GRASP 📜 Languages – strong understanding of JS (ES2019) and TypeScript ⚡ Performance – Core Web Vitals, page speed metrics, optimisation experience 🧩 Rendering & routing – CSR, SSR, different routing approaches 🛠️ Debugging & profiling – Chrome DevTools and similar (especially long tasks optimisation) 🌍 English – at least B2 level 🔁 CI/CD – understanding of principles    telegram: Ellinapsy
