About Neuralink: We are creating devices that enable a bi-directional interface with the brain. Responsibilities
As a Microfabrication Technician (Second Shift) at Neuralink, you will be responsible for the production of our thin-film microelectrode arrays, collaborating with engineers to maintain equipment and processes within specification, and working to improve array throughput. As such, you will be instrumental in ramping production and accelerating Neuralink’s progress. Note: Second shift schedule will be 6 pm to 2 am, Monday through Friday.
Additional responsibilities will include: Operating equipment such as ASML, photoresist spin coater, reactive ion etcher, e-beam evaporator, sputter physical vapor deposition system, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, and wet processing stations Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment and equipment calibration and performance Creating and maintaining process documentation and equipment documentation, including daily process logs and equipment logs <l
