Job Description We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Cloud & IT Operations Lead to drive modernization and automation across our enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) ecosystem. This role is responsible for advancing service delivery, improving operational efficiency, and integrating AI‑enabled capabilities while overseeing Azure cloud operations and secure access governance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Azure platforms, process automation, Protection Level‑3(PL‑3) environments, STIG‑based configuration, JSIG‑compliant operational environments, and high‑quality operational support within a dynamic, mission‑focused setting.
