Задачи: - Gather and manage requirements to ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs; - Analyze business processes and investigate issues to identify improvement opportunities; - Conduct root cause analysis and recommend practical, actionable solutions; - Develop business models, functional specifications, and solution designs for systems, reporting, and data products; - Support implementation of analytics solutions that improve business decision-making; - Plan and execute testing activities to validate quality, functionality, and business fit; - Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver effective, data-driven solutions. Требования: - Good business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, and business situation assessment; - Experience in root cause analysis and identifying practical improvement opportunities; - Good analytical mindset with exposure to data products and analytics solutions; - Ability to use data visualization tools to communicate insights and business models effectively; - Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable, business-oriented outcomes; - Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders; - Familiarity with Power BI is considered an advantage; - Around 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role; - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; - Good Excel and Power Point knowledge; - Hands on experience in SQL, Python, databases, data structures and data visualization tools is a plus; - Fluency in English is a must.
