ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a highly driven Hong Kong Lead to own and operate our presence in one of the most important global financial hubs. This role will oversee all market-building activities in Hong Kong, with a focus on the stablecoin and real-world asset (RWA) sectors. You will be responsible for managing the full client pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure, while maintaining strategic relationships with institutions, financial service companies, and regulators. In addition to driving the sales pipeline, you will also play a critical role in shaping our brand in Hong Kong. This includes supporting marketing initiatives, participating in flagship conferences, and establishing thought leadership through an active offline presence. As the face of LayerZero in the market, you will represent our vision to the local ecosystem, ensuring we are viewed as the leading interoperability infrastructure provider in Hong Kong.
