The Role You'll PlayAs a Training Specialist, you’ll design, develop, and deliver training that helps internal teams, customers, and external partners build confidence with Kite. Design scalable training programs that support business goals, customer outcomes, and internal enablementDevelop customer onboarding programs and on-camera instructional videos that accelerate time to valueFacilitate virtual training sessions and webinars for customers and internal teamsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess needs and coordinate new learning resourcesKeep training content aligned with product updates, customer workflows, and evolving prioritiesPilot new training approaches to expand reach and improve learner engagementUse feedback, participation data, completion rates, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and refine contentMaintain training materials to ensure they stay accurate, current, and easy to useOccasional travel may be requiredExperience You Bring5+ years of customer service, customer success, or training experience in a SaaS business2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs2+ years of experience using a Learning Managemen
