What is The Role The Procurement Specialist, Strategic Sourcing is an individual contributor role and will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing in India. The Specialist will work closely with the Global Sourcing and Procurement teams in India and North America. This role involves analyzing market trends, leading competitive bidding processes (RFXs), negotiating high-value contracts, and handling key supplier relationships. The ideal candidate is a data-driven negotiator who excels at cross-functional collaboration and long-term value creation. What You Will Be Doing Review Corporate Services and Marketing & Events contracts in close collaboration with Legal, Cross-functional Team and Sourcing teams, ensuring agreements align with business needs and risk frameworks. Partner with in-house counsel to navigate complex terms and secure appropriate approvals. Lead tail spend requests and reporting for various procurement tools. Lead the preparation and execution of RFI, RFP, and RFQ. &
