Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. ai , you will own the core enterprise platform capabilities that make Claude trustworthy and deployable for large organizations. You'll focus on security, compliance, administration, and governance features that enterprise customers require to adopt AI at scale. This role requires strong technical judgment, deep understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate complex requirements into elegant product experiences. You'll work closely with engineering, design, sales, and security teams to build the foundational enterprise capabilities that unlock Claude's adoption across regulated industries and security-conscious organizations. Key responsibilities Security & Compliance Product Development Own the roadmap for enterprise security features including audit logging, data retention policies, and access controls Drive compliance certifications and feature development (SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, GDPR) in partnership with security and legal teams Develop and maintain enterprise
