Role Description Symphony is seeking an enthusiastic Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Placement Student to join our Infrastructure team. At Symphony, real-time collaboration and secure communication demand ultra-high availability, ultra-low latency, and robust resilience. In this role, you will work alongside senior engineers to apply software engineering practices to infrastructure and operations problems. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, automated deployment pipelines, and reliability monitoring, helping ensure our enterprise platform stays scalable, performant, and resilient. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Automation: Assist in writing and maintaining automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management. Monitoring & Observability: Help build, refine, and maintain dashboards and alerts (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog) to track Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs). Incident Response & Support: Shadow SRE mentors during incident triage, assist with root cau
